• A most of our items are made to order, standard TAT is 7-10 business days. Some items may have a separate TAT which could be longer or shorter and will prevail. Holidays and weekends may disrupt this. While most orders will not take this long to process, I ask for the time in case of order volume or other outlying circumstances.

  • Due to our process of made to order items, cancellations are not accepted. Email info@jaydemamathreads.com if you accidentally ordered the wrong size.

    • All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail at our discretion.

    • Please allow 48 hours for you to receive a confirmation email that your package has left our facility.

    • Flat rate shipping fee of $7.00 will be charged on all orders unless Porch Pickup is selected or the minimum has been met for free shipping.

    • Jayde Mama Threads is not responsible for carrier delays, lost in transit or stolen packages. A claim will need to be filed with the shipping company.

    • In the case of stolen delivered packages, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company and report the crime to local police.

    • Please reach out to us at info@jaydemamathreads.com for any lost or stolen packages.

    • Customers can select porch pickup and pickup their goods upon receipt of fulfillment in Elkhorn, NE (192nd & Maple)

    • Packages must be picked up as promptly as possible.

    • Porch pickup hours are 7am-9pm Sun-Sat.

    • Further instructions will be provided upon fulfillment.
